This allows for a wider sole which helps to move the center of gravity lower and further away from the face. By doing so, it makes it easier for players of all types to get the ball in the air quicker. Material has also been relocated to the extreme club head perimeter which creates a higher moment of inertia for increased stability at impact. This results in straighter, more consistent shots. By increasing the cavity size, the sweet spot is enlarged, making each shot easier and more enjoyable.
