Ordering Information:
Ordering and Payment:
You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure
Yahoo! Store interface. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Item Availability:
Since we are liquidators, our inventory consists only of items that
we have physically in-stock in our warehouses. We do not take orders for
items that are out of stock. We do not have a way of backordering items
because we do not know when we may receive more. Our on-line inventory
system is mostly accurate. If an item and option is orderable, it is
most likely in stock. The best way to see if something is available is
to add it to the shopping cart. If the item is available, you will be
able to order it, if it is out of stock, you will see a message to that
effect. There are the rare cases where an item may show in-stock and be
orderable on the website, but may actually be out of stock or sold out.
This is due to the fact that our online inventory system may be a day or
two behind and an item may have sold out before the website has been
updated. If this is the case for an item that you have ordered, that
item will be cancelled from your order.
Processing and Shipping:
Orders will be processed the next business day. Orders will usually
be shipped within 2 business days from processing and will take 1 to 5
business days more to arrive at your door. You will receive a tracking number
via email shortly after an item has shipped. Our shipping locations vary
throughout the US, so shipping times will vary with which warehouse has
the product in comparison to your location. We only ship to physical
addresses within the continental US. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO's
nor can we ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We only ship via Ground UPS. We do
not ship by air, so expedited shipping is not available. Every order is
processed and shipped out as fast as possible, but, we do not guarantee
shipping times. If your order is urgent and you must have extra quick,
please shop locally. Most orders arrive within a week of processing.
Please add extra time during the Christmas and other holidays.
Damaged Shipments:
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24
hours of delivery in cases of damage or wrong products shipments.
Order Returns:
All orders are final, we do not accept
returns. Please be sure of the item that you are
purchasing including the size, flex and hand before ordering.
Contact us if there is any
question about an item before ordering. Returned orders will be refused,
no exceptions.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Orders cannot be
cancelled by email. You must contact us via the customer service phone
number on your order during normal business hours to cancel your
pre-shipped order. Refused shipments will be charged original shipping
costs plus a 30% restocking fee, no exceptions.

All products are covered under the original manufacturers warranty.
